Tasting Notes: Locally grown red chili pepper "Hime Togarashi" is blended into this Plum Sake made from local green plums and high quality Junmai sake. The chili adds a kick to the rich, sweet, and slightly sour Umeshu and it makes the liqueur a favorite to many. Has a complex yet unique flavor that will whet the appetite. Enjoy chilled, or even on the rocks.

SAKURA MUROMACHI Kiwami Daiginjo (Muromachi Jidai) 720ML
Tasting Notes: An exceptional top note consisting of stone fruits – apple and peach and a strong medium note of rice. The colour is a light amber. This sake is very dry and its palate is dominated by “umami” (a fifth sense often used to describe the savoury freshness of food in Japanese) with a hint of sweetness in the start and a hint of sourness in the finish.
