A pale yellow Champagne with very light, abundant bubbles which rise steadily to form a fine mousse. The pure bouquet opens with a contrast between an already well-developed intensity and a finesse that reveals aromas of pears, greengages and white flowers. After a little time the intensity presents the aromatic richness and maturity of a wine that is already expressing great potential.
On the palate, a lively, direct, precise attack is dominated by flavours of candied lemon zest and fresh pineapple. The mid palate is fresh and balanced. The overall impression is of generosity, voluptuousness and volume, highlighted by characteristic grapefruit and citrus notes.
The zesty finish is long, lingering and complex.
